Licensing Database Empty Licensing Database

Licensing Rules:
The licensing period for this season will be 1990-1999, however, you can use songs by the artists you signed from three years before or after this period (1987-1989, 2000-2002). You can not release an album the exact same way it was in the real world. You must edit it by removing tracks, adding tracks, reordering tracks, etc.
